We have built our Interior Remodeling Division to provide the same quality of communication and service we have become known for on the exterior of your home. This isn’t our first rodeo. We completed many interior remodels early on, but our exterior remodeling side was growing so quickly we decided to focus on that and take a break on interior remodels. Now, after much demand we have a new division and team dedicated to your interior remodeling needs.
Philosophically Different!
Interior remodels are different because they’re more invasive to your daily life, more complex, and much more opportunities for errors exist. Our approach from the beginning was to build a system that eliminates most complaints that we found centered on poor communication, schedule delays, cost overruns, not following scope of work, and poor follow-up after payment. Lets see what is different in our approach:

You will have a Dedicated Project Manager committed to consistent communication from first appointment to completed project who will visit project daily to ensure quality progress is being made . After our production meeting with all individuals, we provide a detailed Project Map that details who and what to expect on a daily basis.
They said 4 weeks; we’re on week 12 because they were waiting for special order material. They disappear for days sometimes without explanation, or they tell us they have another job to go to for next week”
We NEVER start a job unless all materials are ready for your project. Our teams next job is scheduled for after they have completed their scope of work on your project.

We believe we have the most thorough pre-project processes designed to take the guess work out of the project. You will spend more time with our team (than other companies) and that is by design. Our process is more involved in our exterior remodeling divisions and has been extremely successful in limiting hassles for our customers. We are committed to meeting with prospective customers as much as needed prior to quoting to ensure we are providing exactly what you want in terms of materials and project details. This ensures your final bill will not surprise you because we finalized everything prior to starting your project. Simply put ALL DETAILS are finalized before you hire us!
What we don’t do: Charge you for our mistakes or surprise you with an invoice.
What we will do: Written change order signed by both parties for any changes made by you and for cost associated with impossible to know situations that arise during the completion of your project

You won’t pay final invoice until punch list items are completed. We have standard operating procedures for repairs. You call and we get a plan together to get the issue resolved.
