What made me happiest working with Buresh was the whole installation process. The two guys who came out were wonderful—they went over and above, they were friendly, courteous, and they cleaned up the area. It was truly a pleasure having them at the house working on the doors and windows.
They even offered solutions to some other issues we had—that had nothing to do with what they were here to work on. They really went above the call of duty on that one.
Quality Craftsmanship and Long-Term Satisfaction
Our enhanced life really has to do with the louvered cover. It gives us flexibility: if there is just a little bit of weather, we are still okay. We just close it up and its just a nice roof over us. It shades everything when we need it to be shaded, and when we want the sun, we open it up. It withstood a tornado, so it’s quality, sturdy material. We just couldn’t be happier with the louvered cover and the windows have been excellent.
I think the biggest surprise for us was how much the installers genuinely cared about the quality of their work. They were very personable.
