We started our search for new windows and doors online, and we’d also received some flyers and mailers over time. We had worked with a couple of companies previously, but we found Buresh during one of our online searches. It was a new company for us, but we liked everything we saw.
We did get quotes from two other companies—one of them also sold Pella windows, like Buresh does, and the other carried a different brand. What made Buresh stand out for us was the customer service. I like to know all the information, make an informed choice. I wanted to open and close the patio door five or six times and just see what felt right. Our house already had Pella windows, and since we weren’t replacing everything, we wanted the new pieces to match what we had. Between the quality, the communication, and the overall experience—it really all came together. We even made a slight design change. We have a large window in our family room—it used to be four separate windows with four pieces on top. Buresh showed us what it could look like with some slight alterations, and that was exciting to see. The overall finished product was really good; it looks better than it did before. Now we have this big, uninterrupted pane of glass that gives us a beautiful view into our backyard.

These products have enhanced our lives in so many ways. The patio door is used constantly—by the kids, the pets, by us. Our old one was rotting and didn’t operate smoothly. Now, even our four-year-old can get in and out easily. It’s so much more convenient, especially when you’re carrying things in from the grill to the kitchen.
The added security has been great too—the foot lock on the back of the patio door, plus the deadbolt, gives us real peace of mind. And the new window is both beautiful and secure. Our old one had some wood rot, so it feels good to have something secure that keeps the elements out and looks amazing at the same time.
