Brian: I want to thank you for your continued business. It’s always a pleasure working with you, and I really appreciate your patience on this larger project. It took a little longer than we had hoped—but it came together in the end. So I guess first I’d ask: what made you pick us a second time?
Honoring a Wish: Why I Chose Buresh for My Sunroom Project
Anoop: My wife passed away about a year ago, and this sunroom was something we had talked about doing together. It was one of the last things we discussed, and I wanted to follow through on it. She always said the work you guys did was amazing—she really loved it. Because of that, I absolutely wanted to work with you again. I also remember when you came out and looked at a quote I had from someone else. You said, “We’re not going to be cheaper than they are, but you’ll be happy with what you get.” And honestly, it wasn’t that much more expensive—but the value I got was so much better than I would have with that other company.
Flexibility, Communication, and Real Value Every Step of the Way
Brian: If you brought up a concern or wanted to make a change, were they flexible?
Anoop: Oh, yeah. They ended up doing everything I asked—and then some. Even when it wasn’t your team directly, like when you subcontracted the electrician, they were great. I had them do all sorts of things, and everyone was happy and willing to work with me. Every once in a while I’d ask for something, and they’d say, “We can do it, but here’s what that would mean.” The whole team was really communicative, and I appreciated that. You educated me and gave me the options. There were a couple of small things I wish I had understood better—some implications I didn’t fully realize, even though you tried to explain them. But honestly, there’s nothing about this room that I don’t love. Nothing major I’d change.
Going the Extra Mile—And Standing Behind Their Work
Brian: And how was the communication overall—from the production team to the installers? How would you rate that from 1-10?
Anoop: That was great, too. Actually, I’ll give you an example. The windows in this room are massive, which I love, but they caused some problems with the screens. It got to the point where Pella was saying the issue was on your end. I felt caught in the middle for a couple of days. But then I think it was Tammy who said, “You know what? Forget it—we’re not going to leave you in the middle of this. We’ll go directly to Pella and take care of it.” And she did. That kind of thing—just great.
Brian: So again, thank you for your business. I really appreciate it. And if anything comes up, don’t hesitate to call.
Anoop: Will do.
