Why I Chose Buresh Home Solutions for My Windows

I started with Pella, actually. Then I saw a commercial for Buresh—and I think I saw it on Facebook as well—and I was really happy. I knew in my head what a price should be, or a price range, and you guys just hit all the targets. You were very easy to work with and talk to. So why shop any further?

A Customer Experience That Made a Difficult Time Easier

The reason I picked Buresh is their customer attitude. They were very customer-oriented, and that was very important to me. My husband died in July, and this was on our project list. I wanted to get it done, and I wanted it to be somebody I was comfortable with.

The experience with the salesperson, Ian—he was very nice. In fact, when he was here, we talked about my front door. And he said, “Oh, it’s too bad that you can’t save that.” And I said, “You know, we’ve been trying to save that door for years.” So I started searching, and I found a company that would restore it and fix all the locking mechanisms and refurbish it. So, thank you, Ian, for pushing me in that direction.

Our house was built in 1940, and on the side of the house was a picture window. I think it was a do-it-yourself project, and it started to fall out four or five years ago. So my husband called Pella because he thought Pella windows were the best and wanted them to come replace it. That’s why I started with Pella—because I wanted all the windows to match.

Well, then I fell into Buresh. And they do Pella windows. I couldn’t have made a better decision. Period.

Here’s how the products have enhanced my life: my husband died last July, and I know he’s sitting there in heaven saying, “Carolyn, we should have done this 20 years ago.”

What’s my favorite feature of the project? Well, for one thing, everybody says how nice my house looks now. Another thing is—I love the windows. I love how easy they are to open. I’ve got them all open now because it’s supposed to be 85°, but if it starts raining, I can shut them. I couldn’t do that before.

What would I tell my friends and family about working with Buresh Home Solutions? I’d just tell them—if you can find a more customer-oriented organization with quality products, more power to you. But I felt that’s what I got. They were very good at explaining every level of window, every level of siding, and let me make the decision. But they explained everything very, very, very well.
