How are Siding & Gutters Installed?

Remove Existing Siding:

  • Removed layer of siding on house and dispose of old material
  • Any rotten framing repair will be billed as time and material (No additional charges without customer approval)

New Siding & Trim: (All siding & trim will be installed to manufacturer’s specifications.)

  • Installation of house wrap and tape all seams
  • Installation of all necessary z-flashing, window tape, kick out flashing and sealants as necessary
  • Installation of all necessary trim detail: J-channel, corners (Misty Taupe) and (White) lineal around doors
  • Rebuilt garage door trim with AZEK PVC trim and brickmould w/screw caps.
  • Installed new Everlast siding (Misty Taupe)

New Gutters: (Installed to manufacturer’s specifications.)

  • Installed new 5” commercial grade seamless gutters (White) w/ enlarged 3X4 inch downspouts (Clay)
  • Installed 5″ Gutter Rx to all gutters on home (Brown)
  • Installed new aluminum soffit and fascia system as necessary (White)
