Everyone is talking about the increase in the cost of materials and our industry is not exempt. We’ve received word that our costs could be up to 35% more than they’ve been in 2021. Unfortunately, that also means we will have to increase the cost of our quotes accordingly in the coming year. We appreciate everyone that’s requested pricing for windows, siding or decking this year and want to make sure we honor that quote without raising any prices.
For those of you who received a quote in 2021, we’ve decided that if you lock in at the price before January 3rd, 2022 your price will stay the same. No matter how much the cost of materials increase, we will eat the difference ourselves!
